You can manually create a new shortcut from either. TS4_圆4.exe runs the standard edition, and TS4.exe the Legacy Edition, but it apparently doesn't matter so much which one you choose-Origin will load the game correctly either way. The old shortcut was likely broken by the November 12 patch. I've moved your post to the Sims 4 PC tech section.
